Meet the Staff:

Dr. Spencer is originally from Whitby, Ontario, Canada and moved to Chicago in 1998 to finish his education at the National University of Health Sciences.

Dr. Spencer is dedicated to helping others achieve their potential physical and mental well being through chiropractic health care. He is devoted to helping individuals and their families maintain their optimum health through natural means using a combination of chiropractic techniques, exercises, stretches, nutrition and most importantly, education.

Education:

Bachelor of Science: Honours in Human Kinetics, University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario, Canada, 1996

Bachelor of Science: Human Biology, National University of Health Sciences, Lombard, IL, 2000.

Doctorate: Chiropractic Medicine, National University of Health Sciences, April 2001.

Post Graduate Certification: Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician: American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians. 2004

Office Manager:

Milly Gutierrez is the newest employee at our office. Fluent in both Spanish and English Mari is responsible for billing, therapy and insurance verification. Please feel free to contact Milly with any questions regarding billing, insurance verification, or scheduling.

Massage Therapists:

Heidi Garza is a licensed massage therapist in the State of Illinois and is Nationally Certified. She graduated from Morton College and is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association and holds a certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Heidi believes that education is part of her professional growth, allowing her to provide better services to her clients based on their needs and conditions.

Kathleen Bernard is a licensed massage therapist in the State of Illinois and is Nationally Certified. She also graduated from Morton College Massage Therapy program in 2007. She is an active member in the American Massage Therapy Association. Kathleen also holds a National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Kathleen's mission is to use massage for stress relief and pain management.

Paul Naujokas is a licensed massage therapist in the State of Illinois and is Nationally Certified. He graduated from The College of Healing Arts in 2003. He is an active member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and holds certifications from the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Paul believes in outcome based massage therapy. He utilizes a variety of massage techniques including structural, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy to provide pain relief for his clients.

Office Mascot

Mandy Spencer, is a four year golden retriever who frequents the office. Always there for support when you are in discomfort, her job is take some of your stress away.
